NAI Tri Properties announced today the sale of 3300 Waterfield Dr., a 58,000 square foot class a flex building located in Garner, NC. The building includes 22’ clear ceilings, 13 dock doors and a 150’ truck court. Wigeon Capital sold the building to Waterfield WIP LLC for $16,200,000. The building is 100% leased to Compass Group USA, Inc. (https://www.compass-usa.com/), an industry leader in food service management for over 80 years.
3300 Waterfield Drive was the first building in Wigeon’s Greenfield Business Park development portfolio to be completed and now the second to be fully leased and sold within the last month. Wigeon’s current success confirms not only there is a healthy demand for industrial/flex product in the market, but also the desirability of space in the Garner area.

NAI Tri Properties will manage the property on behalf of the new owner.
