NAI Tri Properties announced today the sale of Greenfield 27, Wigeon Capital’s Garner project, which consisted of three Class A Warehouse buildings totaling over 260,000 square feet. The two buildings, 4101 and 4501 Waterfield Drive were purchased by Fox Field Investments for $19,810,000. The buildings are 100% leased to Acousti Engineering and Southern Staircase (4101 Waterfield Drive) and The Macomb Group, Inc. (4501 Waterfield Drive.) The largest building, 600 S Greenfield Parkway, was purchased by the Wake County ABC Board for $27,500,000. The building is 160,000 RSF.
All three buildings are concrete tilt-up construction with 32’ clear ceiling heights and were completed in the first quarter of 2024. These sales check off another landmark project for Wigeon in their development portfolio.

Pablo Koe-Krompecher of Clifton Property Investment and Charlie Barzola of Eastern Commercial Corporation represented the Wake County ABC Board on the purchase of 600 S Greenfield Parkway.
