NAI Tri Properties Announces Top Leasing Award Winners

We are thrilled to announce that Ed Brown, Executive Vice President at NAI Tri Properties, has won “Top Warehouse Lease Transaction” of the year by Triangle Business Journal’s 2025 SPACE Awards. Brown represented the landlord/owner, STAG NC Holdings, in leasing 7600 Oakwood Street in Mebane to Armacell.


Our formidable brokerage team also won several top transaction recognitions across property type categories, including:

1. Second Place in Top Warehouse Lease Category – ComfortBilt lease at 3817 S. Alton Ave., Durham. John Hibbits and Matt Watkins represented the tenant, SMG Heart and Home (ComfortBilt).

2. Second Place in Top Flex Lease – N.C. Museum of History lease at Newcastle@1015 in Durham. Robin Roseberry Anders and Ed Brown represented the landlord, Drawbridge Realty. 

3. Third Place in Top Warehouse Lease Category – ABC Supply lease at 1658 Colon Road, Sanford. Greg Sanchez and Matt Glenn  represented the landlord, Little Colbrick LLC. Ed Brown and Daniel Herring represented the tenant, ABC Supply.

4. Third Place in Top Sales Transaction –Ferguson Enterprises purchased Garner Business Park 5. Ed Brown and Daniel Herring  represented the seller, Al. Neyer.

5. Third Place in Top Flex Lease – Voxel Innovations lease at Merritt Midway Business Park, Knightdale. Keith Wallace, Riley Burke of Merritt Properties and Jimmy Barnes, Ed Brown, and Michael Wallace of NAI Tri Properties represented the landlord, Merritt Properties.
