NAI Tri Properties Announces Top Leasing Award

Pam Michael NAI Tri Properties photoWe are thrilled to announce that Pam Michael, Executive Vice President at NAI Tri Properties, has won “Largest Office Lease Transaction” of the year by Triangle Business Journal’s 2023 SPACE Awards. Michael represented the landlord/owners, Jay Johnson and E. Stephen Stroud, in preleasing the entire 62,181 square foot medical office property called Healthpark at Davis Drive to WakeMed.

This new WakeMed facility will be located across from the new Wegmans along Davis Drive in Morrisville, NC in a high growth area.

Our formidable brokerage team placed high in several 2022 transaction categories including:

1. Second Place in Largest Flex Lease Category – Compass Group USA prelease for new 58,422-square-foot building at Greenfield Business Park in Garner valued at $9.9 million. Jimmy Barnes of NAI Tri Properties represented the landlord, Wigeon Capital LLC.

2. Second Place in Largest Warehouse Category – Service Offsite Solutions prelease for a new 151,250-square-foot building on Colon Road in Sanford valued at $27.3 million.
