Tri Properties Announces New Partnership with Bandwidth

Tri Properties is pleased to have been awarded the property and facilities management contract for Bandwidth’s new headquarters campus on Edwards Mill Road in Raleigh.

Bandwidth, a global communications software company that helps enterprises connect people around the world with cloud-ready voice, messaging and emergency services, will be occupying a single building encompassing 440,00 square feet of office space. Plans for its campus will include a Montessori school, fitness facility, multi-purpose facility, amphitheater, athletic field, and more.
